Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Holiday Lighting & Accessories (once opened)
- LED Bulbs (if removed from original packaging)
- Lighting Kits (if packaging seal is broken)
- Opened Garland Wrap & Bow Kits
- Holiday Inflatables (if used/installed)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact Our Team: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items
