Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping to Asia and some remote regions may not be available.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our professional holiday decorations and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Holiday Lighting & Accessories (once opened)
- LED Bulbs (if removed from original packaging)
- Lighting Kits (if packaging seal is broken)
- Opened Garland Wrap & Bow Kits
- Holiday Inflatables (if used or installed)
Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the provided template below.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely package items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to your original PayPal account
Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, indicate in your email that you prefer an exchange and specify the replacement product. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm the replacement product is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
